Confidentiality is fundamental to how FMR Enterprises works. Our clients trust us with information about their products, their operations and, in many cases, their unreleased work. We treat that trust as a condition of the engagement, not an afterthought.
Anything a client shares with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. It is used solely to deliver the work agreed, and is not shared outside the team responsible for that work.
Everyone who works on client engagements does so under confidentiality obligations. Access is limited to those who need it to do the work, and is withdrawn when it is no longer required.
We do not disclose client identities, project details or engagement scope without permission. Where clients are shown on this website, it is because they have agreed to it. Where an engagement is described without naming the client, that is deliberate.
Work carried out for one client is kept separate from work carried out for another. Information is not carried across engagements.
We are glad to enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussions begin, and we can work under a client's own agreement where preferred. Ask us and we will arrange it.
Confidentiality obligations continue after a piece of work is complete. Client material is retained only as long as needed, and returned or securely disposed of on request.
